Do you accept returns?
Yes. We accept returns on most items, excluding earrings (for hygiene reasons).
If you’ve changed your mind, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery, provided it meets our return conditions below.
Please note: return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind returns.
To start a return, please contact us at returns@everydaymuses.com within 30 days of delivery, quoting your order number.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it — unworn and unused
- Returned in its original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
My ring doesn't fit, can I get another size?
Yes - we’re happy to help. If your ring doesn’t fit, we offer a free size exchange.
To arrange an exchange, please email ring_exchange@everydaymuses.com within 30 days of delivery, including:
- Your order number
- The new ring size you’d like
To qualify for an exchange, your ring must be:
- Unworn and unused, in the same condition as received
- Returned in its original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
Once we’ve received your original ring, we’ll send out your replacement size via a tracked delivery service.
What items are not eligible for return?
For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
How do you qualify for a return or exchange?
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unused, in the same condition as received
- Returned in their original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or damage.
How do I return an item?

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.
What if my item is faulty or incorrect?
If you receive a faulty item or the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
