Return Policy
How to I return an item?
We hope you love your purchase, but if you’d like to make a return, we’re here to help.
To start a return, please contact us at returns@everydaymuses.com within 30 days of delivery, quoting your order number.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it — unworn and unused

Returned in its original packaging

Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
As a small business, we’re unable to offer free returns or exchanges at this time. We recommend using a trackable postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
If you purchased an item as part of a set, the full set must be returned to qualify for a full refund. If any items from the set are missing, the value of those items will be deducted from your refund.
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at returns@everydaymuses.com with photos and your order number. Faulty items can be returned for a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
Please note the following items CANNOT be returned or exchanged:
- Earrings - due to hygiene reasons
- Items sold as part of a set (unless whole set is returned - not including earrings)
Exchanges and refunds exclude wear and tear.
