Shipping and Returns
All orders will be processed within 1-5 days. Please allow additional time for processing orders during busy periods.
All parcels are shipped using Royal Mail using their trackable service.
United Kingdom: £3.50
Europe, United States, Canada, Australia and the rest of world: £12.00
Free shipping is available on orders over £75 for UK orders.
International Delivery:
Delivery times for international orders can vary due to customs clearance. Customers are advised to monitor their orders tracking information.
Any orders sent back to us as a result of refused or attempted delivery will incur a return shipping fee. This will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
Please note, for both domestic and international orders, PO Box addresses are not accepted. If an order is placed for a deliver to a PO Box, your order will not be shipped until you are able to provide an alternative address.
Duties & Tax:
As a small business, shipping rates do not include customs charges which may occur upon entry to your destination country. We are not liable for customs or other charges which may be required upon shipping.
Please check with your local customs to understand potential charges. If the item gets returned to us as a result of unpaid duties, we will deduct the return shipping fee from your order refund or store credit. Original shipping costs will also not be refunded.
Returns:
To start a return, you can contact us at returns@everydaymuses.com within 14 days of delivery quoting your order number. The item must be returned in full, unworn and in the original packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
As a small business, we cannot offer free exchanges/returns at this time. It is recommended that you send items with a trackable service. We are not liable for returns that go missing.
If you would like to return an item that you purchased as part of a set, you must return the entire set to qualify for a full refund. If you do not return the full set, the cost of the missing item(s) will be deducted from your refund.
Due to hygiene reasons, all sales of earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Exchanges and refunds exclude wear and tear.
